Kestral is a tier 1 scout used by the Centauri Imperium.
Tactics
While a more competent tier 1 enemy than most, being tier 1 by itself still means that Kestral is generally an easy fight, and you don't need to worry too much about how to fight it. - just target the cockpit and wait. However, if you are playing with the Model-L, you should target Kestral's small lasersinstead to avoid damage due to the Model-L's lack of defenses. The same applies if you are using any challenging start ship you have made yourself or downloaded from the Steam Workshop.
