Emits a gravitation beam that pulls and pushes ships and other large objects

The Tractor Beam Emitter is a utility part that can be added to ships and stations. When active and latched onto an object within 300 meters, it can be used to push or pull that object as far as 600 meters. The beam does not collect items, and so the Resource Collector should be used instead for that purpose.

When latched onto a target, the beam can be configured to keep it at the current range, pull it as close as possible, or push it as far away as possible.
