Paintcards are full paint jobs that can be applied instantly to any ship to save time. They're technically ships, so you can share, load and make them like one.
To use a paintcard, with the ship you want to paint selected, go to paint mode.
In the hamburger menu there, select "Load paint design" and choose a paintcard. Your ship is ready.
