Allows to define headers with some customization. NOTE: any headers made with this template WILL NOT have edit links.

Template parameters
This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Level	`1`	The level of the header. Ranges from 2 to 6.	Number	required
Text	`2`	The text content of the header.	String	required
Force regular size	`nosize`	Forces the header to appear normal-text-sized, regardless of its level. This includes line-height. Auto value `0`	Boolean	suggested
