.rules file/node location: Cosmoteer.Simulation.HitEffects.ImpulseEffectRules

Applies an instant physics impulse to a hit ship.

Alias "ImpulseEffectRules". Inherits from HitEffect.

Used by railgun_launcher and most projectiles, including tractor_beam, ion_beam and chaingun_shot.

Not used by mine and missile_nuke. Part explosions and both stages of missile_nuke use ImpulsePerNDamage in an ExplosiveDamage instead.
