Alias "ImpulseEffectRules". Inherits from HitEffect
.
Used by railgun_launcher
and most projectiles, including tractor_beam
, ion_beam
and chaingun_shot
.
Not used by mine
and missile_nuke
. Part explosions and both stages of missile_nuke
use ImpulsePerNDamage
in an ExplosiveDamage
instead.
