The Hellion strike ship was initially designed to fill in for the lack of speed among the Monolith patrol ships, and quickly proved itself adept at running down ships.


It's effectiveness earned a reputation of shredding the engines of retreating crafts, and demands a healthy fear from freighters no longer capable of running in its presence.
