A power generator that produces triple-capacity plasma batteries needed to power many of the ship's systems.
The Large Reactor Core is a power part that can be added to ships and stations. It can store up to 24 plasma batteries which can be distributed to nearby systems by the crew and each battery holds 3.0 power.
It produces 3x the energy of the Medium Reactor while only costing 50% more resources, greatly rewarding careful energy management. However, the longer charge time, combined with an only marginally smaller battery size, results in a slower overall energy extraction rate per crew versus the Medium Reactor.
When destroyed, the resulting explosion will radiate outwards up to 18 meters. Within that radius, the first 9 meters of Corridor parts will be completely destroyed, the next 5 meters will be reduced to structure parts, and the final 3 to 4 meters will be damaged and/or on fire.
