A powerful rotary cannon that increases its rate of fire the longer it shoots and hides behind a protective shell while not shooting. Additional ammunition magazines can be attached to increase its duration and rate of fire.

The Chaingun is a large rotary cannon that gradually increases its rate of fire. When not in use, the turret hides behind a protective shell that provides penetration and damage reduction. When activated, the shell opens up, and the turret is extended. The Chaingun and its linked magazines cannot be reloaded while the gun is shooting.

The ammo capacity can be expanded through use of Chaingun Magazines, which also serve to increase the rate and duration of fire.
