Effigy is a tier 2 scout ship used by the Fringe Systems Resistance.

Tactics

One of the strongest early-game Fringe ships, Effigy has no real weaknesses. It's defended well by its armored nose, and its weapons are versatile enough that it can pose a threat to practically any ship of its size, but particularly ships relying on shields. While strafing Effigy is possible, its diagonal nature and well-placed thrusters will allow to to turn easily to keep up with you. It is recommended to target Effigy's disruptors first if you have shields and its lasers if you don't.

Due to Effigy's well-rounded nature, it is an excellent secondary combat ship should you manage to capture or find one.
