Crumblerig is a tier 4 patrol ship used by the Fringe Systems Resistance.
A relatively dangerous early-game ship as it has a fair bit of firepower as well as strong armor and a shield. Point defense will help protect from its cannons, but it'll do nothing against the rest of Crumblerig's weapons. You'll need a strong ship with armor, shields, and strong weapons to face this thing down in a direct fight. However, it does have a notable flaw in that its reactor can't support all of its weapons at once, so disruptors will be extremely helpful as they can not only down Crumblerig's shield but in the process also significantly weaken its offense. If you're fighting head-on, go for Crumblerig's cannons and disruptors first, followed by its laser blasters.
Strafing is an excellent tactic against this ship - strafing to Crumblerig's left (your right, usually) will prevent all of its lasers and disruptors from firing at you.. Crumblerig's armor is also mostly in one big stack in front of its reactor, so tactics like strafing and ramming can provide openings to fire through the ship's much less defended sides.
