Deathrito is a tier 12 frigate used by the Fringe Systems Resistance.
Tactics
Deathrito is not a particularly strong ship for its size. While at first glance very intimidating, with a front bristling in weapons and six large shields, it also has some crippling weaknesses. Its total lack of any anti-shield weaponry such as disruptors or EMPs, combined with using primarily weak weapons, makes it fall flat against ships with strong shields. While it has six large shields, they are all quite far away from its reactor and thus even ships that struggle against shields will be able to get through its shields easily. Ramming ships in particular will practically get a free fight as there is nothing stopping a ship from flying straight through Deathrito's large shields and destroying them.
Trivia
Deathrito's name is a portmanteau of "death" and "Dorito", a brand of triangular corn chip which is shaped the same way as this ship.
While at first glance it appears symmetrical, this ship is actually asymmetrical. It is especially noticeable when viewing the ship's internals - For example, two of the HE missile launchers are missing and have been replaced with thrusters.
