Raghdirst is a tier 6 patrol ship used by the Fringe Systems Resistance.
A rather offensively designed FSR ship, you'll want strong defenses to keep you alive while you destroy it. Disruptors are a must to get through Raghdirst's shield, and as it relies on cannons offensively, point defense or flak will help. Depending on if you can take the incoming fire for long enough, you'll either want to destroy Raghdirst's large cannons or standard cannons first. Destroying its large cannons will take longer, exposing you to more incoming fire, but will also make it easier to destroy Raghdirst's reactor. Destroying its standard cannons instead is recommended if you're using weapons like deck cannons that can do heavy damage to multiple cannons at once. Once you've destroyed Raghdirst's large cannons, you'll then want to destroy its ammo storages behind them if you haven't already - the explosion will damage the small piece of armor in front of Raghdirst's shield, making it easier to finish off. It is also possible to destroy Raghdirst's cockpits without needing to destroy its armor, shield, or reactor, but only half of each cockpit is exposed, making this a rather difficult task. Accurate weapons such as ions are recommended for this approach.
